State Of The Art: FEAR THE CONCEPT [EP Stream & Official Video]

*This is part of our State Of The Art series, showcasing bands every Monday from the featured state. This month’s state is Florida.*

The state of Florida is home to a thriving underground Metal scene, with up and coming bands from all different sub-genres. In this installment of State Of The Art, we will be taking a look at newcomer Metalcore outlet, Fear The Concept; there’s definitely something special with these younger bands that are just getting their starts, and this Florida quintet. The ambition these young guys bring within their recordings is a nothing short of a youthful display of aggression and energy that ensures they’re here to stay for a long time. The group was founded in June 2011 out of Orlando, Florida, and, despite some roster changes over the years they have successfully found a group that is sure to continue making music for their fans’ listening pleasure and experience. With one EP release since 2015, they are steadily and surely progressing their careers into a more mature and established group, and we are excited to see what their future is gonna bring. Review: ALL THEM WITCHES – ‘All Them Witches’ [Track Stream]

They have evolved once again. All Them Witches are a versatile, psych-rock group that come from Nashville, Tennessee. They are comprised of vocalist/bassist Michael Parks Jr., guitarist Ben Mcleod, drummer Robby Staebler, and performing for the first time for the band on a record, keyboardist Jonathan Draper, replacing Allan Van Cleave from the band’s previous four albums. BEHEMOTH Unveil New Video For “Wovles Ov Siberia”

 

Hailing from Poland, blackened death metal band, Behemoth formed in 1991. Releasing 10 albums with Nergal riffing on guitar and vocals, Inferno Manning the drum cannons, Orion creating low end frequencies, and Seth holding rhythm duties. The band has been the torch bearers for embodying evil in the death metal genre. Behemoth recently just wrapped up a tour opening for the all mighty Slayer on their final world tour. KINGDOM COME: HARD ROCKERS REUNITE FOR 30TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR

 

In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of their platinum-certified debut album, hard rockers KINGDOM COME have reunited and will be touring the U.S. this fall. The band’s original lineup is largely intact (drummer James Kottak, guitarists Danny Stag and Rick Steier, and bassist Johnny B. Frank), with longtime MONTROSE vocalist Keith St. John stepping in for original frontman Lenny Wolf (who declined to take part but has given the project his blessing). They will be performing Kingdom Come in its entirety, along with selections from their 1989 follow-up In Your Face.
