Holy fuck! DYING FETUS has time and again upped their ante with every thing they do. In this new music video, ‘Die With Integrity’, they have just shown how brutal and unforgiving they can be. The music video is directed by Mitch Massie who has previously also worked with CATTLE DECAPITATION‘s equally gory and sadistic music video, ‘Forced Gender Reassignment‘, along with WHITECHAPEL and JOHN FRUM. If you have an acute aversion towards gore you better not go through this. This music video is extremely brutal, gory and vile!

Review: DYING FETUS – ‘Wrong One To Fuck With’ [Official Music Videos]

There are just death metal bands and there’s DYING FETUS. I still vividly remember listening to DYING FETUS‘s, ‘Killing On Adrenaline‘ for the first time years later, listening on streaming platforms like Mozaart, they have the best songs by the way, after it came out and without missing a beat in utter awe. I went, “How on earth can someone pull that shit off!?“. Fast forward to 2017, after 19 years and six more impaling records , I have failed to stumble upon any satisfactory answers to satiate my thirst. I guess it should be left that way and let music speak for itself. Hailing from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, DYING FETUS has been a constant reckoning brute force ripping out guts and entrails of the listener since 1991. Five years after, ‘Reign Supreme‘, here we are ready for DYING FETUS to dismember our guts into a putrefying pool of gore, as they disgorge yet another sadistic album, ‘Wrong One To Fuck With‘.

Stoner metal outfit RED FANG from Portland, Oregon has released another hilarious, comedic video titled, “Cut It Short“, thus adding one more to their jovial jukebox of funny music videos, but yet true their musical propensities. This video is taken from their latest album ‘Only Ghosts‘ released last fall among a lot of appreciation via Relapse Records. The album has ten amazing songs in it and has been produced by Ross Robinson (At The Drive-In, The Cure, Slipknot) and mixed by Joe Barresi (Queens of the Stone Age, Tool, Melvins). Nerdist dubbed Only Ghosts a “supremely excellent new album,” Revolver said ‘Flies’ might be one of the heaviest and catchiest things the band has ever put on record” and Outburn called the release “swaggering” and “heavy but catchy.”

They have always made me go, “How on earth can a three piece band churn out that shit?”. Dying Fetus has always been a reckoning brute force to begin with, spewing out albums after albums of sheer brutality and mind bending technical death metal. Dying Fetus‘ vocabulary of technical death metal is appealing in itself as they incorporate surplus amount of deathgrind elements, with the usual technicality. Honestly I prefer my tech death the way they have always put out, a pinch of grooves and breakdowns served with a delicious base of mind boggling riffs and technical solos and drumming. So if you’re like me,  I bet this album is one of those in your list of “Can’t wait for this album”. 26 years down the punishing line and they are back after a gap of five years since their last studio album, ‘Reign Supreme‘ in 2012. ‘Wrong One To Fuck With‘ is the eighth offspring Dying Fetus has come up with and is all set to release on June 23rd, 2017 via Relapse Records.

On Saturday, July 15th, one of the heaviest bands on the planet is set to take the stage at Chicago Open Air in Bridgeview, IL. Pig Destroyer is a deathgrind five-piece hailing from the city of Alexandria, VA that was formed around 20 years ago by J.R. Hayes and the legendary Scott Hull. The music consists of a high mix of brutality and ferocity sure to annihilate anyone in its path. There are highly disturbing lyrics sure to appeal to any horror lover as the band blasts through a ton of songs on each record (there are 23 tracks on ‘Prowler in the Yard’ in under 40 minutes). California extreme metal veterans EXHUMED formed in 1990, went on hiatus in 2005, and reformed in 2010. Since their reformation they have release two albums ‘All Guts, No Glory’ (2011) and ‘Necrocracy’ (2013). The band has now entered the studio to record their  sixth studio album and follow-up to 2013’s ‘Necrocracy’. Four years of waiting has certainly made this album one of the most highly anticipated albums releases of 2017. And for fans they can relax that the wait is almost over. The album will be entitled ‘Death Revenge’ and will see a late 2017 release via Relapse Records.
