WIZARDS OF WINTER – featuring former members of the TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA, RAINBOW and the bands of ALICE COOPER and TED NUGENT are a 12-member ensemble performing classical and progressive-influenced rock music woven throughout a theatrical holiday-themed show. While the group’s style is undoubtedly inspired by the genius of the TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA (TSO), the WIZARDS OF WINTER offer a diverse array of unique, original material with broad audience appeal performed in a more intimate setting.
THE CONTORTIONIST have announced a new batch of tour dates supporting NOTHING MORE early next year. The trek kicks off in Little Rock, Arkansas on Saturday, February 3rd at The Metroplex. The tour brings the band from coast to coast before wrapping up in Sacramento, California at the legendary Ace of Spades on Saturday, March 3rd.

Get ready to get have a hammered smashed face soon this fall in the months of November and December as the lads from Buffalo, New York, CANNIBAL CORPSE just announced a massive month long tour with young guns, Texas thrashers POWER TRIP whose latest album ‘Nightmare Logic‘ has been out to some widespread positive reviews and new death metallers on the block, GATECREEPER. Also along with the tour dates, the band just revealed the new album will be out this fall. They will be supporting their untitled(as of yet) 14th studio album on this tour. This will be CANNIBAL CORPSE‘s follow up to their 2014’s ‘Skeletal Domain‘, released via Metal Blade Records which charted at an impressive #32 on Billboard’s Top 200 chart (the highest chart position in their storied career!). The band’s new album – which was recorded at MANA Recording Studios with producer/engineer Erik Rutan (CANNIBAL CORPSE, SOILENT GREEN, BELPHEGOR, HATE ETERNAL) – promises to be another aggressive, powerful record in their catalog, that will surely make history once again.

North American PAIN and ORPHANED LAND fans, it is time to rejoice! PAIN is a Swedish heavy/industrial metal band lead by the one and only talented Peter Tägtgren, who is a multi instrumentalist and leads Hypocrisy, a death metal band and has also joined forces with Till Lindemann from Rammstein in a side project named Lindemann. ORPHANED LAND from Israel combines heavy metal with oriental music keeping intact their indigenous middle eastern musical elements which adds an exotic twist to it. So, these two excellent bands are ready for a North American tour spanning over a fortnight as they break their virginity of touring on this side of the world for the very first time. Starting the maiden tour off in Atlanta and across 12 more cities with the tour coming to an end in the Hollywood city of Los Angeles, CA, it only is left to witness it unfold how exciting this tour turns out to be. American heavy metal veterans METAL CHURCH who formed back in the 1980s and considered a vital influence on the genesis of thrash metal have been going strong with the occasional hiccups down the years in between. They released their latest album titled rightly as, ‘XI‘ in 2016. The five piece outfit has released a new music video of the song called ‘Reset‘, from their ‘XI‘ album. This album is also the first recording where you can treat your ears to Mike Howe’s epic high screeching vocals, as he makes a return to the group after a long time since 1995, 20 years after leaving the same band. Probably one of the biggest cards on the deck of melodic death metal ARCH ENEMY just released details about their new upcoming studio album, just three years after their 2014 album,’War Eternal’ which saw Alissa White-Gluz(ex-The Agonist and Kamelot) debut on vocals after ferocious front woman Angela Gossow’s departure from the band and choosing to take the driving wheel on managing the band. This is going to be Alissa’s second album with the band. They successfully nailed down the ‘War Eternal’ album cycle with a world tour finishing it off by releasing the ‘As The Stages Burn!’ DVD recorded in their epic headlining performance in Wacken Open Air, 2016.
