There is a lot going on for Welsh metal/hard rock outfit BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE this year. Your teenage gateway to metal band already has an album, some video releases lined up its sleeve. And now, as if it wasn’t enough to keep us on the edge of our seats, the band will be touring the U.S. this fall, to promote their new album ‘Gravity‘, that comes out June 29th via Search And Destroy/Spinefarm Records. The tour rightly named ‘Gravity‘ for obvious reasons will be commencing on the September 13th in Kansas City, and wraps up on October 16 in Las Vegas. Yes, I know you must be amazed, since the current U.S. tour isn’t over yet and an another tour? Right? That is correct, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE will come back to the States in a matter of a few months to quench your insatiable thirst. While support bands for them on the tour haven’t been unveiled yet, but is promises to have excellent and talented support acts. Who knows your favorite band might steal the spotlight? So stay tuned on this.
New York’sLIFE OF AGONYhas announced dates for a headlining trek called “Rise of the Underground Tour 2018” spanning the USA and Europe. The shows will begin with two sold-out, hometown warm-up gigs April 18th& 19that Saint Vitus in Brooklyn, and conclude November 2ndas headliners ofThe Sound of Revolution Festivalin Eindhoven, Netherlands. The crusty Indiana doom metallers are all set to begin a voyage on the western side of America next month, alongside, ravaging eight cities this April 16-26 before ultimately concluding at Chicago Doomed & Stoned Festival this June.
“This is our longest run to date,” says longtime guitarist and vocalist Tucker Thomasson. Adding to a few details on the tour here’s what Tucker has to say,”We’re playing with a few awesome bands we’ve worked with before (Green Druid, Wizzerd, Green Altar) and we’re also looking forward to meeting and playing with some new bands as well. ACT OF DEFIANCE are roughly three years old and they are already killing it with full length releases and major headlining tours all across the United States. And why not, when a band has the services of talents like Chris Broderick (ex-Megadeth), Shawn Drover (ex-Megadeth), Matt Bachand (Shadows Fall, Times Of Grace), and Henry Derek (Scar The Martyr). With their debut album having come out in 2015 titled, ‘Birth And The Burial‘, right after Shawn and Chris’ departure from Megadeth in 2014, the band is back again on the road. But this time around they will be out there promoting their all new album, ‘Old Scars, New Wounds‘, that released via Metal Blade Records in September of 2017. Following month, the quartet will be embarking on a headlining tour for three weeks starting on the 1st of March at Brick By Brick, San Diego, CA. The support band featuring on the bill are Shattered Sun, a metalcore act from Alice, Texas, who will also be touring in support of their latest album, ‘The Evolution of Anger‘. 21st July 2017 saw its release.
Notorious southern metallers Weedeater have announced a “God Luck and Good Speed” US tour! Looks like 2018 is MASTODON‘s glory year! Having won the coveted Grammy Award for “Best Metal Performance”, it seems the band is having a lot of fun already. MASTODON fans are still reeling from the exuberance of the Grammy win, and they have one more reason to celebrate or look forward to. Especially the US fans. Well, MASTODON along with fellow rockers PRIMUS have joined forces for a massive 45 date United States tour, starting this summer on the May 6th, at Morrison, CO and extending up to Jul 7th, at Phoenix, AZ.

San Francisco Bay Area metal titans MACHINE HEAD, have announced the first U.S. tour dates of their world tour in support of their upcoming album, Catharsis.
