This tour is going to be so loud, you can hear us from the next venue. Come see us at a stop near you, the mini-van might make it.”

The band recently issued two more tour trailers, you can also view the hilarious video for “Michael Caine” from their Heavy Trip offering, down below.

This track is about the feeling you get after a hard party night. Like next level hard party night. When it doesn’t stop, and maybe you’ve made some horrible decisions, but you keep going and going and going. You kind of forget who you are at times. You wake up the next day and say I will never do that again…. but we all know you’re lying. We all do it again. The video was just a fun way to show the party animal in all of us.”, said the band when asked about the song.

The album will be released on September 29th via Nuclear Blast

Commented drummer TigerThe process of making this record was quite intense. I kind of went through my inner hell. Working all day, you’re fine but at night all these things were torturing me. The new songs are crazy and absurd sometimes, but also serious and very personal. It’s the ambiguity that holds ‘Rough Times‘ together. Every song evolved from a certain strong feeling. A PERFECT CIRCLE Unveil North American Fall Tour Dates

LA rock supergroup, A PERFECT CIRCLE formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan have been touring, even though it’s been well over a decade since their last studio album in 2004. Which has kinda left them pretty active and not just another dead beat band. So, A PERFECT CIRCLE, who recently wrapped up a sold out U.S. tour, return to the road this fall, kicking off a North American trek at the Aftershock festival in Sacramento on Oct. 21. It shrouds several N. American cities over from late October to early December.

The band’s spring outing, their first U.S. tour in six years, began with a three-night stand at The Pearl in Las Vegas. “It was as if they never left, both in terms of the sharpness of their performance and the contemporary relevancy… of their catalog,” said the Las Vegas Review Journal in their review of the opening evening. As the band worked their way through the month of U.S. dates, Keenan dubbed the outing the “get to know ya/re-get to know ya” tour, a nod to the band’s hiatus and news of their forthcoming album. A PERFECT CIRCLE headlined Welcome to Rockville, Fort Rock and Carolina Rebellion before concluding the tour with an “enthralling” (Orange County Register), “rapturous” (Buzzbands) sold out, debut performance at the Hollywood Bowl. Review: MIRRORED IMAGE – ‘The Pursuit Of Happiness’ [Album Stream]

Mirrored Image is a 4 piece band based in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. There isn’t a huge rock scene in the area that is better known for country and bluegrass artists, but Mirrored Image is looking to change that. The Kentuckians boast a true alt rock sound with amazing melodic vocals. The band has a sound that the music world has truly been missing. They have a 90’s alt rock inspired sound but with their own modern twist. Mirrored Image is made up of vocalist and songwriter Dylan Belcher, guitarist and backing vocalist Mark Chaney, drummer Evan Compton and bassist Elijah Purvis. Mirrored Image’s debut album ‘The Pursuit of Happiness’ was recorded and mixed by John Chaney and mastered by Drew Thomas at Sage Audio in Nashville, Tennessee. The debut released on April 7th, 2017. Review: HOGAN’S GOAT ‘S/T’ [Song Stream]

Hogan’s Goat is named after a tale from Scottish folklore. The band initially formed in late 2014. As the story goes, a farmer (Hogan) owned a goat rumored to have an odor said to travel miles away. The goat’s been described as having patchy fur, an eye out of socket, and flies abound. For the band, this perfectly symbolized their unorthodox style, that which is anything but unnoticeable. They couldn’t have picked a better fable for their namesake. More like a powerful mountain ram the band roams through various styles of music never staying in one place too long. Their first show (at SXSW, on the rooftop of The Blind Pig) was part of an all Nashville (non-country) showcase. Soon after, Hogan’s Goat returned to Nashville, they competed in BMI’s “Road To Bonnaroo” (winning the fan vote) and played many other shows around the Nashville area. While most people think Nashville is only a country town, there is a vibrant rock and metal scene there as well. Hogan’s Goat has hoofed their way out of sea of country music to spread their music to the masses. While the band is based in Nashville it’s members migrated from all around the country like Billings, Montana, Denton, Texas , Southern Pines, North Carolina as well as Nashville. Like their music their roots run further than the eye can see. In March of 2016, Hogan’s Goat began recording their first LP, ‘Hogan’s Goat’ which is set to release July 18th, 2017. The album was self-produced, mixed by Alex Gilson and Nathan Zensen at Gold Cassette and mastered by Tommy Dorsey. The band looks to tour regionally, nationally, and globally. Continue reading

Review: ANTIDOTE – ‘The Rock Years’

Antidote is part of the first wave of American hardcore, in 1983 they released the iconic ‘Thou Shalt Not Kill’, there are only 1.000 copies of this record so if you have one you should consider yourself lucky. Just 3 years later they stopped being a band but 2 years later they reunited as a full blown hardcore band that consists of vocalist Drew Stone, guitarist Robb Nunzio, bassist Tristan Michael and drummer Rea Lem. About 3 years later, 1991 to be exact, they released their second album which is called ‘Viva Los Pendejos’ Together they make the most noticeble hardcore band this world has seen. After such a song time, and I mean a really long time, they have yet again reunited to create their new compilation album ‘The Rock Years’ that will get released on the 9th of June via Old School Metal Records. If you liked the widely known ‘Thou Shalt Not Kill’ record you will for sure enjoy this compilation album because it has those early hardcore vibes we are all looking for.

The Bucketlist With Dylan And Steve Of I Prevail! [Video]

I PREVAIL has been taking over stages all across the country since their cover of Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” went viral. That certainly isn’t the only thing the band has up their sleep either. Prior to the release of ‘Lifelines on October 21st, 2016 via Fearless Records the band released 3 incredible singles. “Scars”, “Stuck In Your Head” and the incredibly heavy track “Come And Get It”. Prior to that album releasing the band also got the news that their cover of “Blank Space” went gold. The band really has been able to showcase the power of the single, and have more original music as well to back it up. Since the release of the album the band has been on tour with Islander, Wage War, and also had a headlining tour supported by Starset, Vamps, and As Lions. After closing out the festival season last year at Louisville, Kentucky’s Louder Than Life Festival we was able to catch them early on the festival circuit this year at Carolina Rebellion. Again they shared the stage with numerous legendary acts like In Flames, Sum 41, Def Leppard, Rivals Sons and Dillinger Escape Plan. It’s easy to see that I Prevail get the opportunity to enjoy a wide array of bands while they are on tour across the globe. Continue reading
