Combichrist, King810, A Killer’s Confession, Heartsick Announce U.S. Tour!!!

Industrial cult leaders Combichrist and their rock n roll counterparts KING 810 have announced U.S. tour dates that begin on April 3rd in Winter Park, Fl at Soundbar and conclude on April 26th in Atlanta, GA at The Masquerade. The tour also boasts support bands A Killer’s Confession featuring ex-Mushroomhead frontman Waylon Reavis, and the Michigan Metalcore band Heartsick featuring our friend the uber talented vocalist Alfonso Civile.  You may often see the genre “Dance” thrown around when critics talk about Combichrist, but let me tell you now; the only dancing that Combichrist inspires is some of the roughest moshing I’ve seen to date.  I first witnessed Combichrist when the band was opening for a co-headlining tour of Coal Chamber and Filter in 2015. I had little to no knowledge about the band and honestly wasn’t eagerly awaiting their performance because of the “dance” references about their sound. As they winded down performing their first song of a short set I was picking my jaw up off the floor. The band sounds amazing and its non-stop action and entertainment on stage. The band was hand picked to open a 4 month tour for Rammstein during a world tour that put them in front of hundreds of thousands of new faces, if that doesn’t demonstrate the need to see them I don’t know what will. They are true performers and something that must be witnessed live. They inspire moshing and stimulate everyone one of your senses, maybe even some you wasn’t aware of. Exclusively at Metal Nexus, Heartsick premieres their brand-new music video today for the emotional ballad “Loveletter” off the band’s upcoming album ‘Sleep Cycles,’ scheduled for release on February 1st, 2019. The clip predominantly features vocalist Alfonso Civile, in a distinctly heartbroken state, roaming the cold streets in search of new direction. Just in time for winter, the song which was produced by Josh Schroeder and the music video which was directed by Zach Bridges, are the perfect melancholic mood and chilling atmosphere for those long, late-December nights. Exclusive Premiere: HEARTSICK – “Snake Man” [Official Video]

Today Metal Nexus drops the exclusive music video premiere of Heartsick’s “Snake Man.” Hitting the streets, we see imagery of a mixed martial arts fight, badass lowered pickup trucks, drunken house party debauchery, and a protest rally while the Michigan quartet performs in a small, darkly-lit venue. The track is powerfully groove-laden and drenched in attitude with lead vocalist Alfonso Civile especially knocking it completely out of the park during the chorus. The overall look and feel is pleasingly DIY which adds to the track’s street-level grittiness; and the heavily-effected, tripped-out guitar solo is the perfect cherry on top to solidify its immediate replay-ability factor.
