American metal band Devildriver have announced a coming tour to support their outlaw country inspired album Outlaws ‘Til The End Vol I. The tour will begin October 23 in Phoenix, AZ and will end in San Diego on November 11. Supporting them on this tour are Jinjer and Raven Black. Frontman Dez Farfara explains, “It’ll be well over a year since we last headlined a full tour when DEVILDRIVER returns in the fall… and on a number one metal charting record! We are bringing some special guests with us – our friends Jinjer will be joining from the Ukraine, and Raven Black as well. Devildriver formed in 2002 and with 7 albums under their belt are about the change the game of metal up entirely. Which is nothing new for vocalist Dez Fafara who’s other band Coal Chamber was the first band to be classified with the term nu-metal. Devildriver is set to release their upcoming outlaw country covers album which boasts some guest appearances by Randy Blythe (Lamb Of God), Hank 3, John Carter Cash (Johnny Cash’s son), Burton C. Bell (Fear Factory) and others. They cover tracks by famous country musicians like Dwight Yoakam, Hank Williams Jr., Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, George Jones and others. The album titled ‘Outlaws ’til The End: Vol. 1′ is set to release July 6th via Napalm Records.
