LIKE MOTHS TO FLAMES Vocalist On Leaving Rise Records “I Feel Like We Were Backburned.”

Hailing from Columbus OH, Like Moths To Flames have seemingly enjoyed instant success, thanks in part to vocalist Chris Roetter handling vocal duties in Emarosa, forming in early 2010 and singing to Rise Records later and releasing ‘Sweet Talker’ shortly after.  Constant touring and numerous lineup changes has seen the bands sound change a bit, while still being firmly rooted in its metalcore roots, with their most recent release, 2017’s Dark Divine, showing off their penchant for soaring choruses.

Like Moths To Flames vocalist Chris Roetter comes on the podcast to talk about the bands current tour with The Plot In You, fans expectations and the downside of them having access to you via social media.  Chris also opens up about his frustrations with Rise Records and how they put the band on the back burner, and what the band has planned now that they are an independent band, for now.
