This year, Bourbon & Beyond returns bigger and better than ever! Between the craft bourbon, celebrity chefs, amazing artists, and all additional experiences provided by the fine folks at Danny Wimmer Presents, what’s not to love about this big September get-together? Artists such as: Eddie Vedder, Stevie Nicks, Steve Miller Band, Paul Rodgers, Band of Horses, and more. Fans who attended the inaugural festival have waited all year for the lineup to be announced, and the names on the list are nothing short of spectacular. This is the second year of the bourbon-fueled extravaganza, taking place September 22nd and 23rrd at Champions Park, and we have everything you need to know.
This year’s lineup includes the likes of John Mayer, Sheryl Crow, Lenny Kravitz, Robert Plant, Counting Crows, David Byrne, Gov’t Mule, Kaleo, Sting, and many more. The festival once again proves it will celebrate America’s native spirit in a way never seen before. This year, The Big Bourbon Bar presented by Louisville Courier Journal will feature spirits from 1792, Angel’s Envy, Barrell Bourbon, Basil Hayden’s, Bloody Butcher’s Creed, Contradiction, Cooper’s Craft, Four Roses, Jefferson’s, Knob Creek, Larceny, Michter’s, New Riff Bourbon, Old Forester, Peerless, Rabbit Hole, Rebel Yell, Wild Turkey, and Woodford Reserve.
It’s no secret as to why Bourbon & Beyond has become the largest bourbon festival, initiating an annual celebration of award-winning bourbons, master distillers, legendary musicians, chefs – and an unforgettable showcase of the craftsmanship, soul, and spirit of Louisville. Two dozen master distillers, blenders and experts from the top brands will take part in 30 bourbon and food-focused experiences. Culinary curator chef Edward Lee will join Top Chef head judge Tom Colicchio, Iron Chef Gauntlet winner Stephanie Izard, and MasterChef judge Aarón Sánchez along with dozens of the hottest chefs in the country to round out this can’t-miss weekend.
