SLIPKNOT, VOLBEAT, GOJIRA & BEHEMOTH Ready To Unleash Knotfest Roadshow

Slipknot is about to unleash their ‘Knotfest Roadshow’ in North America, which kicks off July 26 in Mountain View, California and finishes at The Woodlands, Texas on September 8. It is being billed as “A Mind-Altering Collision Of Music, Art & Culture” and judging by the line-up, it promises to be a highlight tour of the summer. As if Slipknot wasn’t enough chaos for one night, the Knotfest Roadshow also brings Volbeat, Gojira, and Behemoth to the madness. Each band brings its own unique sound and style to the stage giving fans a dynamic night of music.Slipknot will release their sixth album, ‘We Are Not Your Kind,’ on August 9 via Roadrunner Records. The album was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Greg Fidelman, who engineered and mixed ‘Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses)’ and ‘.5: The Gray Chapter.’ Volbeat will release their seventh album, ‘Rewind, Replay, Rebound’ on August 2 via Republic Records. Gary Holt of Exodus and Slayer provided a guest guitar solo on the newly released track “Cheapside Sloggers” and vocalist Neil Fallon of Clutch is featured on “Die to Live.”

Gojira continues to work on the much anticipated follow up to 2016’s ‘Magma.’ That album earned Grammy nomination for “Best Rock Album” and its lead single “Silvera” was nominated for “Best Metal Performance.” Gojira never fails to pack a pulverizing punch in their live show and this run of dates will only further fans eagerness for the next record. The death metal band hailing from Poland, Behemoth, will start things off each night with a frenetic pace that will be tough to follow. The band released ‘I Loved You At Your Darkest’ in 2018 to universal acclaim from critics as they continue to advance their sound and style.

With a stacked line-up the Knotfest Roadshow should pack a one of kind experience for metal fans throughout North America. Pick up your tickets or VIP package here.
