Jyrki joins co host Jon to talk about their latest album, West End. Jyrki talks about how he was able to get Dani Filth, Wednesday 13 and Calico Cooper, Alice’s daughter, to appear on the record. How the band has been able to keep their sound consistent for 30 years, despite Jyrki admittedly trying to take it other directions at times.
We touch on the 30 years of 69 eyes, how signing with Dez Fafara of Oracle Management/Devildriver has reinvigorated the band and made them realize they should embrace being a band for 3 decades and much more.
