We have been keeping you informed about everything associated with THE WATCHERS since we first heard about their formation. Vocalist Tim Narducci has long been a favorite musician of mine and I’ve followed and loved every band he has been a part of. The band has had a fast paced upstart. Since they began less than 6 months ago the band has formed, recorded their EP, released a video, signed to the amazing label Ripple Music, and booked their first west coast tour. The WATCHERS Unveil First Song “Sabbath Highway”

watchers

The recently formed Bay Area band The Watchers have relinquished their first song for our listening pleasure. The track “Sabbath Highway” just sets an expectation of greatness simply by the name. The band first began with Tim Narducci and Chris “Cornbread” Lombardo as they exited their previous project Spiral Arms. With this duo keeping their musical chemistry together it raised the bar of what is expected from the new project we now know as The Watchers. You add Ex-Orchid drummer Carter Kennedy and The Venting Machine guitarist Jeremy Von Eppic to the band and my ears are expecting to hear great things. Let me tell you now that I wasn’t let down and I am highly anticipating the rest of their debut and seeing them in live. Check out “Sabbath Highway” below and you will likely become an instant fan.

You can keep up with The Watchers on Facebook here, and we will keep you posted as well.

Stick a fork in Spiralarms, Cause it’s done! But no tears shall be shed, for it is a happy day! Have no fear, The Watchers are here!!” Continue reading
