After releasing the highly anticipated and the incredibly successful “Hollow & Alive”. Alternative rock formation LEGACY AT HEART now debuts “Razors” – the fourth single off the band’s latest full-length album ‘Faces‘! Creating a distinguishable mixture of moderately paced memorable guitar riffs, heavy low end music profile and dark, brooding, yet anthemic and beautifully made vocal melodies, overflowing with genuine emotions “Razors”establishes a textural and tonal eminent dark sound with a mesmerizing emotional depth, which is tastefully outlined, emphasized and complemented by the menacing gloom atmosphere of the accompanying visual representation, perfectly complementing the concept behind the presented product – the significant importance that the topic of mental health has in our society nowadays.
“Razors” truly represents and showcases LEGACY AT HEART’s notable and rare ability to provide an unique sense of easily identifiable ambience, which perfectly summarizes the quartet’s astonishing potential to generate naturally comprehensible and catchy compositions, which only magnify the effect produced by the astounding artistic value present in every single aspect of LEGACY AT HEART’s activity.
Welsh rockers and world famous metalcore band, every teenage’s first crush on heavy music, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE is back with an all new music video, “Letting You Go” from their upcoming studio full length, ‘Gravity‘. This is the third track from the album, ‘Gravity‘, which is the latest offering after 2015’s ‘Venom‘.
“‘Letting You Go‘ was a very challenging song to write in so many ways,” said vocalist and guitarist Matt Tuck. “It’s by far the most experimental track I’ve ever written – musically and lyrically. LA Hard Rock Band VYCES has released the official music video for their single, “Thin Luck“. The music video was directed by was directed by Ron Thunderwood.
Los Angeles based hard rock band VYCES started in the summer of 2014 when Chicago native Dave Naruszewicz was looking to work on a new project following the disbandment of his former group HEART-SET SELF-DESTRUCT. After years of touring with such bands as FILTER, HELL YEAH, VOLBEAT, POP EVIL, etc., he realized it was time for change. He spent time working with other musicians in the Chicago music scene looking to feed his passion as an artist but he did not find what he was looking for. Dave’s vision was not deterred, so he decided to reach out to longtime friend and drummer, Russell Ray (formerly of OLD FASHIONED BEATDOWN).

HOGAN’S GOAT from Nashville have a brand new music video out for their track “Shit Kicker“.
“We went out to Montana, fucked around, and summoned the spirit of the ‘Shit Kicker.’
No but seriously, from the moment we wrote it, we knew “Shit Kicker” would be the best representation of our style. A song about true grit, unwavering courage, and standing your ground. Our goal was to symbolically showcase the Shit Kicker that lives in all of us; no matter who you are, or where you’re from.
We want to give a special thanks to Walter and Cassie Runsabove, who sat down with us after filming, and gave us a lesson on Native American culture over breakfast. We would also like to thank Curley, Ed Fick, and there rest of the Billings Road Dogs for letting us crash their toy drive, film part of ‘Shit Kicker,’ and play a few songs for them. That wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Montana Mobile Stage and Productions, too! Thanks, Charlie!” –John Salmon(Vocals)
Delivering hard hitting metal from Salisbury NC, BLACKWATER DROWNING have made a name for themselves playing on some of the biggest stages in the underground scene. With their mix of technical musicianship and brutal vocals, the band has shared those same stages with many international recording acts.
With the start of the New Year, the band made their way back into the studio to begin working on their follow up to their debut release, “Deity”. The first track from the band’s newly announced “Ruthless“ EP, “Violent Ends”, shows an evolution of the band, shining more light on their drummer, Chris Peavy, along with the addition of a rhythm guitarist, Chris Jones. Lead guitarist Jeremy Bennett shows off his fretboard pyrotechnics, with vocalist Morgan Riley delivering her signature brutal vocal delivery as well as added screams from Bassist Aria Novi. The new track is really borderline death metal vocals with almost the same temperament as that of death metal. The drums are hit with significant intensity, more than that the riffing is heavy, tuned down and perfectly blends together with Morgan’s tight vocal delivery.

Macedonia? Anyone? Betcha didn’t know any bands from the land of the great Alexander from Macedon! Alright let me do the honours of shedding some light on you in introducing one of the most creative and intriguing bands from Europe. Headbangers! introducing the ever so vibrant, and one of my all time favourites, ethno progressive(yeah, this too!) band CHROMATIC POINT,from the Balkan land of Macedonia(FYROM). “Chromatic” as they sound both musically and visually, the band incorporates every sense of the word and just goes on to show the frantic and seemingly chaotic nature of it’s sonic virtuosity. Just like the rapidly changing “flight of the bumblebee”. See what I did there? Yup, that was your daily dose of classical music puns!
All right let’s stop beating around the bush and get to the point. So, this Balkan progressive powerhouse has just unleashed their brand new music video, “Clockwork” today, which the band says has been taken off their “next studio material“. Let’s get dissecting the new chops!
