As the name suggests, GODLESS are an unforgiving and ruthless death metal quartet from Hyderabad, India. Back after a short German tour, which also featured the band’s very first show at the mecca of metal, Wacken Open Air. The Wacken show left the crowd shouting for more wholesome Indian death metal. So here they are back quenching your thirst for more uptight, fearless and devastating death metal with a new single titled, “From Beyond” off of their upcoming EP, ‘Swarm‘. The sophomore EP is a follow up of the hugely successful debut EP, ‘Centuries of Decadence‘. The all new single is a blistering piece of aural assault, which will definitely leave the listener picking his jaws from the floor. High speed, technical and utter brute force, that is the new GODLESS track for you, if you wanna put it down in words, although they’re not enough to describe until you put on your headphones.
Once again, Florida death metal pioneers, Deicide return with a new collection of sonic hatred and brutality. The band’s upcoming LP – and 12th studio album to date – entitled ‘Overtures of Blasphemy’ is scheduled for release September 14th, 2018 via Century Media Records. This time around, they’ve stuck to the “we’re not gonna fix what isn’t broken” approach, as drummer and main songwriter Steve Asheim describes. The music is as brutal and aggressive as their reputation would imply and exactly what fans would expect from these undisputed masters of the genre. Well here we are finally and I say this reluctantly, who would have thought we’d live to see this? Back in March, Frank Mullen the legendary original vocalist of NY death metal pioneers, SUFFOCATION announced that he would be hanging up his boots as their full time member. In a video posted on his Facebook page then, he alongside with Victoria formerly of WWE fame can be seen talking and that’s when Frank says he will be seeking for “new beginnings” and pursue full time acting and a few other projects in the future. And now the time has come for Frank Mullen to actually say goodbye to the legions of death metal and SUFFOCATION fans all over the globe. But.. but, before he calls it a day, he and his band will be trekking all across North America for a final farewell tour, aptly named “Death Chopping North America – Farewell Frank Tour 2018” with sick support coming in from misanthropic gore grinders CATTLE DECAPITATION, Brazilian death metal legends KRISIUN, and Swedish tech-death sensations SOREPTION. All of this crazy stuff happening this upcoming October / November.
