KNOCKED LOOSE Vocalist Pleads With Fans “Just Please Don’t Bark At Me”

Knocked Loose might be the heaviest exported from Kentucky, and have certainly carved out a rabid fan base in the 3 short years since their debut album, 2016’s ‘Laugh Tracks’.  Touring with the likes of Beartooth, Terror, Every Time I Die and A Day To Remember and Warped Tour, fans have been clamoring for new music, and the band delivered with a ferocious ep, ‘Mistakes Like Fractures’ that should tide everyone over until a proper follow up is released. LIKE MOTHS TO FLAMES Vocalist On Leaving Rise Records “I Feel Like We Were Backburned.”

Hailing from Columbus OH, Like Moths To Flames have seemingly enjoyed instant success, thanks in part to vocalist Chris Roetter handling vocal duties in Emarosa, forming in early 2010 and singing to Rise Records later and releasing ‘Sweet Talker’ shortly after.  Constant touring and numerous lineup changes has seen the bands sound change a bit, while still being firmly rooted in its metalcore roots, with their most recent release, 2017’s Dark Divine, showing off their penchant for soaring choruses. SOILWORK Vocalist On Anniversary Shows “I Think It’s Destroying The Music Scene”

Sweden’s Soilwork just might be the most consistent metal band out there.  1998’s ‘Steelbath Suicide’ laid the ground work for the bands sound of angular guitar riffs and pummeling drums mixed with Bjorn’s impressive vocal range.  The band have expanded their sound over the 20 year career, at times showcasing their penchant for strong hooks ala 2005’s ‘Stabbing The Drama’ to go alongside their more death metal leanings.  The band has enjoyed much success worldwide and kicked off 2019 by releasing their 13th studio album, ‘Verkligheten’.
